Crucial addendum: yesterday, for the first time since graduating college, I had a burrito from Chipotle. It was so fucking good - so much better than the mediocre burritos I deal with on a near-daily basis - that I feel the need now to assert this chain’s superiority, to celebrate their innovations, and above all to eat there again. Why can’t every burrito be so perfect?
In a city stuffed with Mexican restaurants, how is it that an interloper from Boulder, of all places, can claim the crown with such ease?
